4. Subscriptions and Payments LinkRedac is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated recurring fees (monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use and LinkedIn Guidelines You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate using LinkRedac. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your published content complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. LinkRedac is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our API or generate spam.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
